Our partner Wolfgang Schwenk began his career in the manufacturing industry after the successful completion of
his degree in psychology. Over the last 20 years he succeeded in the areas of further education, training and
coaching.
He started as a trainer at the center for professional development in Böblingen/Germany. This first trainer
engagement was followed by many years as trainer and coach at Nixdorf and Microsoft.
His experiences as trainer are exceptionally versatile. Among other things, he worked in the development,
standardisation and validation of psychometric test procedures as well as the development and the performance
of a concept that gave adolescents of disadvantaged groups the possibility to learn a trade. During his career
he was also responsible for vocational education for adults in IT.
Becoming Senior Sales Manager at Microsoft, which was his last station in economy, he broadened his know-how
in sales and distribution. His responsibilities at Microsoft were corporate clients, marketing, customer
services as well as training & certification.
Today his main areas are: sales, marketing, coaching and the education and training of coaches.
As a consultant, Wolfgang Schwenk, concentrates in particular on the areas of training and coaching and is our specialist in these areas.
