Torsten Clauss
Torsten Clauss studied business economics majoring in business accountancy & auditing, human
resource management and organizational psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
Due to his excellent performance he was included as part of the dean's list.
He began his business career with responsibilities in the finance department in the German headquarters of Europe's
largest tire trade chain. Torsten Clauss then moved into the area of telecommunications working for one of
the most successful German web gateways in the areas of finance and human resources. At this point in time his
focus changed and he committed himself fully to recruiting.
The next step moved him into human resources, with International Head Hunters, to place and implement his experience
into personnel consulting.
