Klaus Leonhardt
This sales man started his business career in an American corporate group
for supply of services. His preference for sales led him into the area
of IT sales where he served in a business as a trainee.
At an early stage he was assigned to managerial responsibility focusing on market leaders
of IT manufacturers. He aquired skills during the build up and reconstruction
of organisational units where leadership offered Klaus Leonhardt integrated possibilities for development
in the national and international field. For example the build up of a worldwide sales partnership between
a renowned semi-conductor manufacturer and a German-Japanese hardware manufacturer. Another example is his
assignment as regional director for central and east Europe regarding a Japanese-American concern in the field
of memory software.
In Klaus´ opinion the bottom line concerning the achievement of goals and outcome is always the person behind
the task, especially in the business world. This awareness of "seed and harvest" is simply put into one
sentence by him: "What good is it for others, that I exist?"
The basis of that question is the values
of a person, which effect the thinking and acting of each individual.
Today he sees himself as a human specialist. He supports companies as well as candidates mostly through
capability analysis and selection process to bring them to a better decision and a better orientation in
their business. His emphasis is on the service industry in Europe.
