Georg Dauth
Georg Dauth has been working intensively with DISG personality profiles at Inscape Publishing since 1999. In 2005 he became an independent Master trainer. As a distributor for DISG he delivers his product to national and international companies.
He started work, training as a salesman in Wholesale and Foreign Trade. In his own time he studied to become a business economist and then took on Marketing. His extensive leadership and marketing experience was gained in the synthetic processing industry, with a cosmetic manufacturer and a supplier working in the area of further education. Georg Dauth has had both theoretical and hands-on-experience, he now coaches in the practical sphere. Georg is convinced that: development of the personality means greater performance potential. This means challenging and encourage people within the areas of their own limitations and also over their supposed limitations. His goal: People who know and implement their own potential.
As consultant and Coach at IHH his assignments are the areas; human resources development, profiling (DISG and profiling values) as well as coaching and training.
