Christoph Poschmann
Mr. Poschmann is the ideal mediator between candidate and customer. That is because of his sense for the potential
in individuals and their personal abilities in business relations as well as the prezise analysis of interactions between
involved parties in difficult situations of daily business.
His versatile business experiences in different areas of value-added processes enables Mr. Poschmann
to have a "holistic sight" and a sensitivity for operational sequences and involved points of friction.
Mr. Poschmann has long standing experiences as a self employed master craftsman in the area of high quality interior
fittings, as a project manager for a ERP introduction for a company in the wood- and plastics industry, the coordination
and conduct of reconstruction of real estates and the distribution of profiling tools in combination with coaching for
specialists and managers in the IT industry. He studied business administration (VWA) and is a certified
SAP-Solution Consultant BI.
He concentrates alongside the conventional HR consultancy especially on the aim to recognize talent and personality in
individuals and to place that with the best return on investment in our clients companies.
