Mr. Borchert has successfully recruited engineers, technicians, specialists and technical executives in the technology market since 2006.
Having first trained as a mechanic, and then as a technician, specializing in mechanical engineering, André then continued to develop his keen perceptive skills in personnel recruitment through various technical and HR studies. Because of his background, he is more than able to understand the needs of his clients.
His experience as Sales, Project and Business-Unit-Manager in diverse work settings, coupled with his fascination for the complexity of technology, aid him in finding the candidate that will ensure the future success of a company.
Mr.Borchert's goal is to build people up, both in their professional and personal abilities and then enable them to promote their skills and talents. His underlying values were heightened through his Theological training.
