Alex Spuhl
Our Partner Alexander Spuhl brings in more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur.
After starting his career in the financial business he specialized on IT and worked in this area for one of the biggest banking organizations in Germany.
In 1996 he founded his first consulting company that supported financial institutes with their credit card processing.
In 2000 he sold his shares and established a second company with the focus on customer loyalty systems.
Since 2002 Alex works successfully as a management consultant, headhunter and business-coach with mandates all over Europe.
Over the last years he succeeded to win some well-known customers, profiting of his wide network and his hands-on mentality.
Alex always tries to maintain a long-term relationship with his clients with his individual and flexible customer approach.
In the upcoming "war of talents", Alex is able to identify the right candidates up to CXO level - even in difficult market situations.
With his intense know-how of psychometric tests, he is able to add value to his service for customers and candidates: "I see a huge advantage for my clients by using psychometric tests. These tools speed up the recruiting process and assist in the development of talented employees.
